Wealth Management Advisor
The right candidate should have wealth management and comprehensive financial
planning experience and has demonstrated success in client facing roles. They should
have a passion for the planning profession and delivering a first-class client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with existing clients to ensure a top-tier level of service is
provided to continue the work and planning that was set forward by senior
advisor/firm.
- Conduct reviews with clients to ensure all aspects of the financial plan are still
relevant to the client’s goals. Identify planning, investment and insurance
opportunities as the client’s needs evolve (or as the economy/market changes).
- Learn firm’s planning and investment philosophy.
- Set appointments with existing clients in the practice.
- Conduct fact-finding, plan presentations and annual review meetings.
- Work proactively with other team members in investment operations, insurance
operations, and planning throughout the client onboarding and servicing process.
- Think creatively and have thought partnership on growing the practice.
- Create an unmatched client experience.
- Ensure all client information is kept confidential while also tracking business and
case details in CRM systems, with case notes.
Qualifications:
3+ years of client facing financial advising experience
Bachelor's Degree
Series 7 and 66 (series 6 and 63 may be accepted with understanding of 7
and 65 being passed)
Life/Health Insurance licensed
CFP or willingness to study for CFP designation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
