What you’ll do at Hoot Wealth:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current clients, building trust through sound advice and steady guidance
• Translate Hoot’s investment philosophy into personalized, actionable strategies for households with $1M–$5M+
• Conduct new client consultations and onboardings- leads are provided, we are seeking someone who can close in this role.
• Deliver comprehensive, behaviorally aware financial planning and investment guidance
• Maintain a regular rhythm of outreach, follow-up, and review meetings
• Collaborate with portfolio management, operations, and planning teammates to create a best-in-class client experience
• Help improve our internal processes and systems as we grow—your ideas will be heard

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience working directly with clients in a fiduciary advisory capacity
• Required: Series 7 and 65
• CFP® designation strongly preferred (or on track to earn it)
• Proven ability to guide clients through financial planning and investment management conversations
• Excellent communicator who listens first, educates second, and always leads with empathy
• Sales-savvy without being pushy—comfortable converting warm leads with authenticity
• Tech-comfortable: Familiarity with planning software, CRMs, and remote communication tools
