Client Service Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-driven Senior Client Service Associate with prior experience in an RIA. This role is ideal for someone early in their financial services career who has foundational industry exposure and is ready to deepen their operational expertise.

This position, located in Atlanta, is critical to delivering a seamless client experience and maintaining operational excellence. The right candidate thrives on accuracy, strong follow-through, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and maintain client accounts across custodial platforms
  • Process money movement requests and service transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Execute client service workflows from start to finish (onboarding clients, address updates, client birthdays, etc)
  • Manage insurance operations, including application processing, policy servicing, and follow-through to ensure accuracy and timely completion
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and documentation standards
  • Prepare meeting materials and manage post-meeting follow-up tasks
  • Draft and send professional client communications
  • Navigate custodial systems and firm technology platforms
  • Ensure all activity meets compliance and regulatory standards

What we are looking for:

Experience

  • 3+ year of experience in an RIA or broker-dealer environment (required)
  • Experience handling account opening, money movement, or client service requests
  • Familiarity with custodians and CRM systems

Education & Licensing

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • SIE encouraged upon hire
  • Must obtain Life/Health, Series 7, and Series 63/66 within 6 months

Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of investment products and retirement planning concepts
  • Working knowledge of compliance procedures and documentation standards
