Client Relationship Manager

High‑Touch Client Service • Relationship‑Driven • Fast‑Growing Advisory Team

We’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager who loves building relationships, anticipates needs before they’re spoken, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment and wants to play a meaningful part in helping clients feel confident, supported, and understood.

You’ll work closely with advisors to ensure clients receive seamless service from onboarding through long‑term relationship management. If you’re the kind of person who remembers details, stays organized under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping people, you’ll excel here.

What You’ll Do

Be the heartbeat of the client experience.

You’ll support advisors and clients through high‑touch communication, proactive problem‑solving, and exceptional follow‑through.

Client Service & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions regarding financial plans, insurance, and investments
  • Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries via email and phone
  • Execute service tasks such as beneficiary updates, bank changes, draft adjustments, and confirmations
  • Coordinate with internal departments to route more complex service needs

Advisor Support & Operations

  • Manage advisors’ inboxes and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Lead weekly meetings with advisors to review open cases, onboarding progress, and roadblocks
  • Track advisor progress toward premium, new client, and AUM goals
  • Process case notes, create tasks, and maintain accurate records

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process with clarity and warmth
  • Gather required information and streamline account openings and insurance applications
  • Handle scheduling for annual reviews and reschedules
  • Attend client meetings when appropriate to support the advisor and client relationship
  • Lead rollover calls and “shepherd” new clients through their first steps with the firm

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You’re a natural relationship‑builder who enjoys helping people
  • You communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally
  • You stay organized, even when juggling multiple priorities
  • You’re proactive — you see what needs to be done before someone asks
  • You’re comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
  • You’re detail‑oriented and take pride in accuracy
  • You enjoy being part of a collaborative team but can also work independently

Required

  • Associate Financial Representative contract
  • Series 7 and 63
  • Experience in financial services or a similar client‑facing environment

Why This Role Matters

Clients trust their advisors with their financial lives — and you are the person who ensures they feel supported, informed, and cared for every step of the way. You’ll have a direct impact on client satisfaction, advisor success, and the overall growth of the firm.
