Client Service Associate – Wealth Management

An established, growing wealth management firm is seeking a motivated Client Service Associate (CSA) to join its team. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional or career changer who wants to build a long-term career in wealth management.

We’re looking for someone who can be counted on to get things done. You take ownership, follow through on commitments, anticipate what needs to happen next, and look for better ways to work. You don’t wait to be told every next step—you’re proactive, curious, and ready to contribute.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a key client contact, providing responsive, personalized service.
  • Support advisors with client meetings, requests, communications, and follow-up.
  • Own client service requests from start to finish, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Open and maintain client accounts and process money movement and service transactions accurately.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, client documentation, and records.
  • Anticipate client and advisor needs and proactively address next steps.
  • Use technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and the client experience.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve how work gets done.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in financial services, client service, banking, hospitality, sales, education, customer success, or another people-focused environment.
  • Financial services experience is a plus, but not required.
  • A demonstrated track record of reliability, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking—you see what needs to happen next and take action.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional, confident communication and a client-first mindset.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and finding more efficient ways to work.
  • Collaborative, accountable, and willing to step in where needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Series 65 or interest in pursuing industry licensing is a plus.

Why Join?

Build a career, not just a resume.

Whether you’re already in financial services or looking to bring your skills into a new industry, this is an opportunity to build valuable wealth management expertise. You’ll work closely with experienced advisors, develop meaningful client relationships, learn the business, and take on greater responsibility as you grow.
