What You’ll Do:
As a Registered Client Services Associate, you’ll take ownership of complex client servicing and investment-related operations.
You’ll act as a key liaison between clients, custodians, and advisors, ensuring a seamless experience across all aspects of wealth management.
Your day-to-day will include:
● Serving as the primary point of contact for high-value client relationships
● Processing and monitoring investment transactions, transfers, and account maintenance with precision
● Managing new account openings, money movements, and performance reporting
● Anticipating client needs and delivering proactive communication and solutions
● Collaborating with advisors to prepare for client reviews, ensuring all materials and reporting are accurate and
timely
● Partnering with the operations and compliance teams to enhance workflows and maintain accuracy across
systems
● Manage and coordinate client events/seminars
What We’re Looking For
● 3+ years of experience in client service within the financial services or wealth management industry
● Experience creating processes from scratch
● Proven track record of supporting financial advisors and managing complex client relationships
● Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
● Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), custodian platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset
● Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and exercise sound judgment
● Series 7 will need to be obtained within 1 year of employment!

This is a full-time, in-office position based in San Juan Capistrano.
Monday to Friday 7:30am-3:30pm
