Position Summary

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join their team as a Wealth Coach aka Financial Advisor. In this role, you will build and maintain long-term relationships, delivering a comprehensive and personalized approach to financial planning. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping people achieve their financial goals and a dedication to service that aligns with our philosophy of true partnership. You will serve as a holistic guide, helping clients navigate their financial journey with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing a high-touch, consultative service that reflects our firm's commitment to excellence.
  • Holistic Financial Planning: Develop and implement personalized financial plans that encompass investment strategy, retirement planning, insurance, estate considerations, and tax management.
  • Ecosystem Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for clients, coordinating with other financial professionals such as accountants and attorneys to ensure all financial aspects are working together seamlessly.
  • Financial Education and Empowerment: Educate and coach clients on their financial options, helping them to build better money habits, improve their financial literacy, and make informed decisions.
  • Portfolio Management: Analyze clients' financial status and market trends to develop and monitor investment portfolios that align with their goals and risk tolerance.
  • Accountability and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and accountability to keep clients engaged and on track toward achieving their financial objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Manager, or in a related field.
  • CFP® certification
  • Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for working with people and a genuine interest in their financial well-being.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to professional integrity.
