DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain CRM records to ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) and ensure compliance with related regulations.
  • Process tax withholding changes and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Handle rollovers, Roth conversions, and contributions, ensuring proper execution and client communication.
  • Open, maintain and manage 529 plans, including contributions and distributions.
  • Complete other investment service and client support tasks as needed to ensure unmatched client satisfaction. 
  • Process ACH set up for investment accounts and handle deposits and withdrawals
  • Process Qualified Charitable Distributions as needed
  • Oversee, maintain, and enhance investment-related data tracking.
  • Proactively and appropriately respond to all issues involving processes, software, and advisor communication.
  • Collaborate with team members firm-wide and support advisors with trading and investment-related processes, process revisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage varied and immediate service tasks throughout the workday
  • Maintain awareness of changing financial compliance landscape and adjust processes accordingly

 

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  •   Must be investment licensed (series 7 preferred, series 6/63 minimum)
  •   2-5+ Years experience in investment service/operations
  •   Reliable, team player, self-starter, self-sufficient, and hard worker
  •   Proven strength in written and verbal communication skills
  •   Strong critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills.
  •   Keen eye for detail and data analysis.
  •   Timely follow-up and sense of priority.
  •   Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  •   Familiarity with Microsoft applications and financial software and tools.
  •   Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  •   Ability to assess financial situations and analyze portfolios.

 COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Salary Range: $65,000-$90,000
