About the Role

As a Financial Advisor, your primary focus is delivering an outstanding client experience — retaining assigned clients and bringing new clients into the firm. You’ll be supported by robust systems, ongoing training, mentorship, and a dedicated investment team that manages all portfolios, allowing you to concentrate fully on client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, expand, and manage client relationships
  • Assess client needs, goals, and financial objectives
  • Prepare and present financial analyses and plans
  • Act with professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative mindset
  • Continuously expand your financial knowledge and best practices
  • Attend client events hosted by the firm
  • Prepare and process back‑office paperwork as needed
  • Complete tasks and maintain records in the firm’s CRM (Salesforce)
  • Explain account details, investment strategies, and performance to clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of client‑facing advisor experience (or military equivalent)
  • Securities licenses: SIE, Series 7, and Series 66
  • State Life Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Clean compliance record
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong communication skills — individual and small‑group settings
  • High‑touch customer service background
  • Consultative sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Desire to pursue a CFP designation
  • Military experience a plus
